Everyday finds, sent from the RGV. The delivery choices and charges available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs

Qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal over $50 after discounts receive free standard USPS shipping using the service we select, typically USPS Ground Advantage. Free shipping does not include service upgrades. An order subtotal of exactly $50 does not qualify. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold.

For other orders, paid shipping is available only when a delivery service and price are offered at checkout. Rates vary by carrier, destination and shipment. If checkout does not show a shipping option for your address, contact us before ordering; we cannot promise delivery to an address without an available service.

When your order ships

Orders typically ship within 24 business hours, depending on the date and time of purchase. This is a processing estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and varies by service and destination.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Delivery destinations

Shipping is subject to legal restrictions and carrier availability. Checkout determines whether a service is currently available for your address. For destinations outside the United States, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any applicable customs or import charges.

Local pickup

Prefer to collect your order? See Local Pickup for arrangements at 5410 N Athol St., Pharr, TX 78577. Pickup arrangements are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm; other times are by appointment. Wait for confirmation before traveling.

Tracking, delays & item issues

For shipment, tracking or missing-parcel help, contact us with your order number. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 3 business days after delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for the claim process and available remedies. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
